The Dubai Holding Community Management Service Excellence Awards 2025 is a prestigious awards platform established to honour the exceptional accomplishments of service providers and strategic partners working hand in hand across the communities developed by Nakheel, Meraas, Meydan and Dubai Properties.

The awards celebrate outstanding contributions in the domains of service performance, customer experience, health and safety, sustainability, innovation, facilities management and overall quality of service delivery.

Who can enter?

The awards are open to service providers, solution providers and strategic partners that have delivered and are continue to deliver services within the communities managed by Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM).

This includes organisations, enterprises and individuals operating across sectors such as hard and soft facilities management, financial solutions, waste management, security services, cleaning, landscaping, sustainability, innovation, health and safety, community events and customer service.

Participating organisations must demonstrate a proven track record of performance, innovation and a positive impact on resident satisfaction or community well-being.
