No, once a submission has been completed and submitted, it cannot be edited or withdrawn.
Yes, winners may publish their achievements on their platforms before DHCM’s official social media announcements.
Winners will receive trophies and extensive recognition across various DHCM platforms.
Winners will be highlighted through official press releases, social media channels, etc
Nominations must be submitted through the official awards nomination page.
Yes. Specific categories such as Customer Champion of the Year and Rising Star of the Year are designed to recognise individual contributions.
No, service providers can submit entries in multiple categories, as long as they submit only one entry per category and ensure each submission meets that category’s specific criteria.
Multiple teams/departments from the same company can submit their nominations. However, a max of 1 entry per award category is permitted. This means that one company can have a total of 17 submissions at the DHCM SEA 2025.
Submissions must be uploaded in PDF, JPG, PPT or DOC formats. (Note: For large videos or presentations, upload them to Google Drive, WeTransfer or similar and share the link in your submission document.)
There are no slide limitations in at the first stage.
Yes, a notification indicating a successful submission will appear after your submission.
No, all nominations must be submitted in English.
All nominations will be reviewed by a distinguished panel of judges, comprising DHCM leadership and external industry experts.
Each nomination will be evaluated based on impact, innovation, execution, sustainability and contribution to the communities.
Shortlisted nominees will be informed if they have advanced to the final stage. The final winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
