What are the DHCM Service Excellence Awards?

The DHCM Service Excellence Awards 2025 celebrate and recognise outstanding service providers who have made a significant impact on the quality, innovation and growth of communities managed by Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM).

Who is eligible to participate in the awards?

All contracted service providers operating within DHCM’s residential community portfolio are eligible to submit nominations.

Can we attend the awards ceremony?

Yes, shortlisted nominees will receive invitations to attend the awards event.

Is there a fee to participate?

No, participation in the awards is completely free of charge.

When will the winners be announced?

The winners will be officially revealed during the awards ceremony on 24 October 2025.

Are there sponsorship or partnership opportunities?

No, sponsorship or partnership opportunities are not available for this edition of the awards.

What are the award categories?

Can previous winners participate again?

Yes, past winners are welcome and encouraged to participate in the 2025 edition.

Can we edit or withdraw our submissions after they’ve been submitted?

No, once a submission has been completed and submitted, it cannot be edited or withdrawn.

Can we announce our win on company social media before DHCM's official announcement?

Yes, winners may publish their achievements on their platforms before DHCM’s official social media announcements.

What do the winners receive?

Winners will receive trophies and extensive recognition across various DHCM platforms.

How will winners be promoted or featured?

Winners will be highlighted through official press releases, social media channels, etc

How do I submit a nomination?

Nominations must be submitted through the official awards nomination page.

Can we nominate individuals?

Yes. Specific categories such as Customer Champion of the Year and Rising Star of the Year are designed to recognise individual contributions.

Is there a limit to the number of categories we can enter?

No, service providers can submit entries in multiple categories, as long as they submit only one entry per category and ensure each submission meets that category’s specific criteria.

Can multiple teams from one company apply?

Multiple teams/departments from the same company can submit their nominations. However, a max of 1 entry per award category is permitted. This means that one company can have a total of 17 submissions at the DHCM SEA 2025.

What formats are supported for submisisons?

Submissions must be uploaded in PDF, JPG, PPT or DOC formats. (Note: For large videos or presentations, upload them to Google Drive, WeTransfer or similar and share the link in your submission document.)

Are there word or slide limits for responses?

There are no slide limitations in at the first stage.

Will I receive confirmation once my nomination is submitted?

Yes, a notification indicating a successful submission will appear after your submission.

Can I submit in Arabic?

No, all nominations must be submitted in English.

Who will evaluate the nominations?

All nominations will be reviewed by a distinguished panel of judges, comprising DHCM leadership and external industry experts.

What are the judging criteria?

Each nomination will be evaluated based on impact, innovation, execution, sustainability and contribution to the communities.

Will all nominees be notified of the results?

Shortlisted nominees will be informed if they have advanced to the final stage. The final winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
